I believe you’re the expert in your life, and I know a lot about evidence-based treatment. Together, we figure out what’s making your life challenging, what would make your life easier, then learn and practice new skills to alleviate some of the challenges. Eventually, I hope you’ll know how to use those skills so effectively that I’ll end up out of a job.

Please reach out if you are in need of pro bono services; I’ll do what I can to help or connect you to resources. My caseload is approximately 20% pro bono.

Depending on availability and what’s clinically indicated, appointments can also take place at the your home, school, or in the community.
